Erik C. Lanier
Erik came on board with Summit Real Estate Services,
LLC in September of 2005 after being the broker in charge
for Pat Hodges Enterprises and RE/MAX Realty Group.
He started his real estate career at 18 years of age
in Florida and has lived in the High Country with his
wife and 3 children for the last 16 years. He is an
avid skiier and volleyballer.
Erik is an Accredited Buyer's Represtative. Erik is
also a member of the Realtor Land Institute and pursuing
the Accredited Land Consultant Designation.
